Qemam Almuheet Fishing Company, based in Tripoli - Libya, was established in 2025 in accordance with the applicable Libyan laws and regulations, to be a leader in providing seafood products with global quality.

أصبحت الشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة وجاهزة للعمل في المياه الإقليمية الليبية، مع امتلاكها حقوق الصيد باستخدام الجرافات، وإنشاء مزارع لتربية الأسماك بمختلف أنواعها، وذلك بما يضمن استدامة الموارد البحرية وتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي والدولي.

The company operates as a limited liability entity and is prepared to work within Libyan territorial waters, with approved rights related to fishing through trawlers and the establishment of fish farming projects, ensuring marine resource sustainability and meeting local and international market needs.

Documented regulatory steps for commencing operations

تقدمت الشركة إلى إدارة الإنتاج بوزارة الثروة البحرية والصيد البحري بحكومة الوحدة الوطنية بطلب التسجيل والحصول على إذن الصيد البحري ومزاولة النشاط، مع استيفاء جميع المستندات المطلوبة. وبعد استكمال الإجراءات، صدر للشركة إذن المزاولة والإذن بالصيد في المياه الليبية تحت الرقم 179.

The company submitted its application to the Production Administration at the Ministry of Marine Wealth and Marine Fishing under the Government of National Unity to obtain registration, fishing authorization, and permission to conduct business. After fulfilling the required documentation and procedures, the company received its operating and fishing permit in Libyan waters under No. 179.
